Fireson in flames

Hi Guys whatsup!!!

Okay so we aren’t literally in flames but psychically YES!!

We haven’t done a post in a while on our blog so we wanted to update everyone on our current situation

Since beginning of September we couldn’t brew anymore nor could we sell our beer.

We have received a notification saying we need a Factory permit to brew however when we opened in 2018 the government departments incharge of the permits, said we don’t need one since we are too small to qualify as a Brewery. That we are seen more as a hobby and that we can open based on only selling our beer in our taproom and not to distribute

3 years later guess who changed their minds? 😂

We were in shock to say the least and really disappointed in the fact that we are a running operating business that can’t just lose our niche in the midst of our business, right?

Hey I mean miscommunication can happen and understandable since we were and are still the FIRST LOCAL CRAFT BEER IN ARUBA 🇦🇼 We understand that even the departments who needed to know this stuff didn’t know this stuff 😵‍💫 Yeah okay we get it, we need it, but this is something that is already taking two months to obtain!! Two months 😩😩😩 and no end in sight.

We talked to Lawyers to Ministers, to our Landlord and to everyone willing to help but here we are a small company trying to make ends meet with no product to sell 😞

So we are trying to hang on and we can’t wait to be able to produce again so we can enlighten everyone with our delicious beers made with a lot of love and passion.

Currently surviving of our burgers 🍔 and mojitos 🍃 Good thing that we are engineers we can put some sparkle and magic into everything ✨

Keep us in your prayers, for we are only as strong as the support and prayers we receive ❤️ Keep you updated soon again!

Cheers! 🍻

Great post. Please change the word "Fabrics" in to Factory and the post is completely good. I wish you all the best and I am pretty sure that you will receive the license to continue to produce fresh craft beer for both the Aruban and the Tourist (visitors) community.
